A Harrison man was killed early Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle accident in Boone County. According to the Arkansas State Police, 25-year-old Austin Eddings was pronounced dead at the scene east of Bellefonte.
Eddings was traveling on U.S. Highway 62/412 near Crawford Road. His pickup truck crossed the centerline and struck another truck coming from the opposite direction. The driver of the second vehicle, whose name was not released, was not injured.
Rain was falling, and the road was wet at the time of the 1:30 a.m. accident.
