Remodeling is listed as the reason for a 30-day permit for a coffee trailer for Brewed Awakening #4 located inside Baxter Regional Medical Center, according to a report from Jeannie Anderson with the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Department.
Also among the 12 business licenses issued during October was one to Larry Satterwhite for Warehouse Liquor of Baxter County, located at 2471 U.S. Highway 62 East. In September, the Mountain Home City Council approved an annexation ordinance of property that included Warehouse Liquor.

A 30-day sales permit was issued to Dana Nicholson for the sale of household items along U.S. Highway 62 east.

Permits were issued to three businesses in neighboring counties. They included Next Generation Electric, an electrician in Yellville; Stellar Construction, a construction company in Calico Rock; and Guiltner Heating and Cooling, a heat and air installation service in Salem.

Other permits were issued to Christie Hudson for Serendipity Bliss LLC, an event rental and sales business, located at 355 State Highway 5 North; and to Justin Edwards for Bryce’s Bail Bonding, Inc., a bail bonds business, located at 908 U.S. Highway 62 West.

In addition, permits were issued to four home-based businesses. The four were issued to Dwight Bryeans for Bryeans Pro Sealing and Striping; Cody Gott for Metal Manipulations, a mobile welding and fabrication business; Chase Smith for S.N.A.P.S. Window Cleaning; and Dean Cotter for Perfected by Pressure, a pressure washer service.

Total licensing revenue for October was $10,318, including alcohol tax, occupational and pet licenses and garage sales.
