A Mountain Home High School senior will be taking his athletic talent to the junior college level starting in the 2020-2021 school year. Trey Jordan signed a national letter of intent Monday to join the baseball program at Allen Community College in Iola, Kansas.
Jordan says there were several factors toward his decision to become a Red Devil.

Jordan is coming off a junior season in which his performance on the mound helped his team win the 5A-East conference championship. He has also been a key player in the success of the local youth baseball program as a part of multiple youth teams that advanced to the World Series in the Babe Ruth and Cal Ripken leagues. Jordan says the combination of both has helped him improve as a player, and it has also made him a better traveler.

Mountain Home High School head baseball coach Tim Carver was in attendance for Jordan’s signing, and he says Allen will be getting a talented pitcher and a hard worker for the 2021 season.
