MHHS basketball teams play final road games of 2019

High school basketball makes up the local Friday schedule, as the Mountain Home teams will have their final road trips for 2019.

The Lady Bombers will be in Centerton to take on Bentonville West. Mountain Home comes into the game with a record of 6-2. The Lady Bombers suffered a three-point loss Tuesday at Harrison.
The seventh and eighth grade girls tip off at 5 p.m. followed by the high school junior varsity girls. The varsity game will begin around 7 and can be heard on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com.

Mountain Home’s boys will also be in Benton County, as they meet Siloam Springs. The Bombers bring a mark of 4-4 into the game. Mountain Home is coming off a three-point overtime victory at Harrison.
The freshmen boys tip off at 5 p.m., and the high school junior varsity boys will follow. The varsity contest will get underway around 7 and can be heard on KTLO-AM and streaming live at ktlo.com.

A few area teams will compete Friday in the Absolute Roofing Pangburn Classic. In the old gym, Bergman’s girls tip off at 3:30 against Hillcrest, the Timbo girls will play Marmaduke at 5:50, and Timbo’s boys will be paired with the Quest Academy of West Little Rock at 7. The Bergman boys will meet Greers Ferry West Side at 4:40 in the arena.

Elsewhere, Mountain Home Christian Academy travels to Lebanon, Norfork hosts St. Joe, Bruno-Pyatt entertains Viola, Gainesville’s boys make the trip to Theodosia to face Lutie, Mammoth Spring heads to Maynard, Izard County is home against Lead Hill, Melbourne hosts Bay for two boys’ games, Marshall travels to Valley Springs, Mountain View makes the trip to Clinton, and Jasper heads to Kingston.
