Improvements for the North Arkansas Youth Center in downtown Cotter are planned after a grant was awarded for the project. Youth center officials applied for the funding earlier this year and have learned the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism’s Outdoor Recreation Grants Advisory Committee has awarded them $50,000 in FUN Park Grant funds.
