New Year’s Eve proved to be a quiet night for area law enforcement with only two arrests made for impaired driving. There was one driving while intoxicated arrest in Baxter County overnight and one DWI-drugs arrest in Marion County. In Fulton County, one person was arrested for public intoxication.
Authorities in Ozark, Izard, Stone, Searcy and Boone counties report no alcohol-related arrests overnight and overall an uneventful evening.
