Frontiers Music srlRevolution Saints are ready to “Rise” again! The all-star hard-rock group, which features ex-Journey drummer Deen Castronovo, Night Ranger singer/bassist Jack Blades and former Whitesnake guitarist Doug Aldrich, will release its third studio album, Rise, on January 24.

In advance of the new record, the band has released its lead track, “When the Heartache Has Come,” as a digital single, as well as an official video for the tune that you can watch now on YouTube. The song is a hard-driving melodic rock tune highlighted by Castronovo’s soaring lead vocals and a blistering solo by Aldrich.

As previously reported, Revolution Saints were the brainchild of Serafino Perugino, president of the Frontiers Music label, who wanted to put together a project that would showcase Deen’s vocal talents.

Among Rise‘s 11 tracks is the song “Eyes of a Child,” which was co-written by Blades and Styx singer/guitarist Tommy Shaw. Blades and Shaw, of course, also played together in the 1990s supergroup Damn Yankees, along with rock guitar great Ted Nugent.

Most of the songs on Rise were written or co-written by in-house Frontiers Music producer Alessandro Del Vecchio, who also contributed keyboards and backing vocals to the record.

Here’s the album’s full track list:

“When the Heartache Has Gone”
“Price to Pay”
“Rise”
“Coming Home”
“Closer”
“Higher”
“Talk to Me”
“It’s Not the End (It’s Just the Beginning)”
“Million Miles”
“Win or Lose”
“Eyes of a Child”
