A Baxter County man, 51-year-old David A. Norman of Mountain Home, was injured in a one-vehicle accident Friday morning on State Highway 76 in Douglas County, 5 miles east of Ava.The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Norman’s vehicle was westbound when he lost control, overcorrected and traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
Norman was transported by ambulance to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment of what were described as “moderate” injuries sustained in the 9:35 a.m. accident.
