A line of thunderstorms producing tornadoes in Oklahoma and southeastern Missouri on Friday afternoon is expected to bring severe weather to the Twin Lakes Area Friday night.According to meteorologist Dennis Cavanaugh of the National Weather Service in Little Rock, the KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot listening area will begin being under the gun around 10 p.m., and the weather threat will continue throughout the early morning hours. The dangerous weather that occurred Friday afternoon is not the storms that will hit the local area. Cavanaugh says the damaging part of the front will pass through Arkansas by sunrise Saturday, but rain will continue into the early afternoon. Temperatures will drop throughout the day, and the Twin Lakes Area may see some frozen precipitation, but any accumulation will be limited to the northwest corner of the state.
