Two people, including a teenager from Ozark County, were killed in an accident in Howell County Tuesday morning. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 19-year-old Harley W. Collins from Dora and 47-year-old Billy R. Ferris of Caulfield died in the crash. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
The report indicates Collins’ vehicle crossed the centerline and struck Ferris’ vehicle head-on.
The accident occurred 1 mile east of South Fork on U.S. Highway 160 at 6:15 Tuesday morning.
