Courtesy of SixthmanLate last year, Lynyrd Skynyrd announced plans to headline a four-day, multi-artist festival called the Lynyrd Skynyrd & Frynds Simple Man Jam: A Family Reunion that will take place August 20-24 in Orlando, Florida, and now the performance lineup of the event has been revealed.
Joining the Southern rock legends at the bash will be Styx, 38 Special, Charlie Daniels Band, Blackberry Smoke, Shooter Jennings, Drivin N Cryin, Black Stone Cherry and Bishop Gun.
Simple Man Jam will feature Skynyrd playing two unique concerts and participating in a Q&A session, while the other groups on the lineup will play one show. Some Skynyrd members also will take part in various activities.
The festival, which will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, also will offer a variety of other activities, including theme nights, pools, a spa, hot tubs, a fitness center, golfing, tennis, volleyball, fishing and more.
