Rob Fenn/earMUSICAlice Cooper has added a second North American leg of his “Ol’ Black Eyes Is Back” tour to his 2020 itinerary.

The new series of dates runs from a May 30 show in Paso Robles, California, through a June 27 concert in the Detroit area, and will feature Lita Ford and Tesla as supporting acts on most dates. One of the concerts, a June 12 performance in Welch, Minnesota, also will feature Blue Oyster Cult. Ford will be the only opener at Alice’s June 21 show in Arundel, Maryland.

Tickets for nearly all the concerts go on sale to the general public this Friday, January 24. A VIP pre-sale will be available starting Wednesday, January 22, at 10 a.m. local time. You can check out the shock rocker’s full schedule, and find out more details about tickets, at AliceCooper.com.

The previously announced first North American leg of the 2020 trek takes place in the early spring and will visit venues in the Midwest, the Northwest and Canada. It’s scheduled from a March 31 show in Niagara Falls, Canada, through an April 22 performance in Portland, Oregon. Ford will open all dates on the trek with the exception of the Niagara Falls gig.

As previously reported, Cooper is working on a new studio album with his longtime producer Bob Ezrin that’s inspired by the rock scene of his former adopted hometown of Detroit. The record follows Alice’s 2019 release The Breadcrumbs EP, a six-song collection made up mostly of cover tunes that also celebrate the Motor City.
