Monday basketball results include a rough trip to Paragould for four Mountain Home Junior High teams, as they lost three of the four games.
The lone win came in the eighth grade boys’ game 44-40. The Eighth Grade Bombers improve to 6-6.
In the junior girls’ contest, Greene County Tech hit a shot at the buzzer for a 27-25 win. Amelia Rucker scored nine points for Mountain Home and Parker Huskey added eight, as they drop to 10-8 on the season.
In the junior boys’ game, Mountain Home lost to Greene County Tech 37-35. Reece Ducker led the scoring with 11 points and Ky Bickford added nine. The Junior Bombers fall to 4-12 on the season.
Mountain Home lost the seventh grade girls’ game to Tech 29-14.

On the high school level:

In boys’ action:
-Cotter was a 72-52 winner over Bruno-Pyatt. The Warriors improve to 7-19, while the Patriots drop to 5-19.
-Valley Springs cruised past Flippin 78-54. The Tigers up their record to 25-3, while the Bobcats fall to 20-7.
-Dora improves to 18-1 with an 80-60 win over Mountain Grove.
-Western Grove topped Omaha 78-68.
-St. Joe beat Eureka Springs 53-34.

In girls’ games:
-Cotter blew past Bruno-Pyatt 60-30 to improve to 13-10. The Lady Patriots fall to 7-15.
-Valley Springs was a 55-35 winner over Flippin. The Lady Tigers move their record to 24-5, while the Lady Bobcats fall to 12-13.
-Salem got past Rector 46-37 to improve to 8-8 on the season.
-Melbourne, in overtime, topped Riverside 47-45.
-Dora fell to Springfield Catholic 58-48.
-Western Grove defeated Omaha 66-57.
