Pinkston Middle School students competed in a geography bee Thursday.
First-place winner Hunter Belvedresi will take an online qualifying test to participate in the state bee in March.
Taking second place was Declan Whitlock, with Aidan Shrable placing third.
Students were selected to participate in the competition by their social studies teachers. The competition included three rounds– preliminary, final and championship.
