North Arkansas Electric Cooperative (NAEC) has scheduled a planned outage in the area east of Cranfield Road to Robinson Point Monday morning beginning at 7:30.A spokesperson for NAEC says the outage is necessary for crews to replace broken insulators on four structures.The outage is expected to last two hours and affect 639 members. Affected members were to receive a call at the number on their account Friday afternoon.
