Six Mountain Home High School students have been selected to the Arkansas All-State Honors Band based on their performance over the weekend. Mountain Home band members competed against 1,500 other performers from across the state at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia.
Mountain Home Band Director Tom Chentnik says the band members had several pieces in their performances.

Chentnik says the Mountain Home High School ninth and eighth grade bands will have a concert at Dunbar Auditorium March 10. The Dallas Brass will perform at Dunbar April 2.
