The Marion County Quorum Court will hold its regular February session Tuesday evening and is expected to discuss former Marion County Judge Terry Ott. The agenda for the meeting indicates the court will discuss findings regarding securing an attorney to re-evaluate bringing a case against Ott.

The court is wanting an attorney to look into whether Ott spent county funds to hire an attorney to appeal an ethics violation while he was in office.

In other business, the Marion County Quorum Court will hear an update from county Judge John Massey on the Ozark Mountain Solid Waste District and a pair of ordinances concerning the prosecutor’s office.

The meeting begins at 6 at the Marion County Courthouse.
