In high school basketball Monday night, the Gainesville boys advanced at the Class 2 District 10 Tournament at Cabool with a 77-45 victory over Bakersfield. The Bulldogs improve to 16-10 on the season and will face Seymour Wednesday night in the semifinals. The Lions end the year with a record of 9-15.
The Dora girls had their season ended with a 50-38 loss to top-seeded Chadwick at the Class 1 District 4 Tournament at Norwood. The Lady Falcons end the season with a record of 13-13.
