The Mountain Home High School girls’ soccer team wrapped up the weekend by finishing as the runners-up in the Remax Cup at Harrison.
The Lady Bombers began with a 3-2 victory over Heritage from Rogers. Sabra Wickersham led Mountain Home with two goals off assists from Sarah Swonger, Lauren Helmert scored the other goal off an assist from Kenzie Hatman, and Victoria Bevel recorded 10 saves at the goalkeeper position.
Mountain Home did not fare as well in the title match. The Lady Bombers were tied 1-1 with Fayetteville at the break, but the Lady Bulldogs pulled away in the second half to get the 4-1 win.
