Mountain Home J.V. soccer teams pick up wins

The Mountain Home High School J.V. soccer teams picked up wins at home Monday night against Mountain View.

The J.V. boys’ soccer team was a 5-1 winner.

James Douglas led the offense with three goals and an assist, while Seth Martinez and Colby Katakis each scored one goal. Jack Sheaner and William Bevel each had two assists, and Kurt Allen had one. In the net, Alvaro Poza and James Schwartz each had one save.

The Mountain Home J.V. girls defeated Mountain View 4-0.  Laura Pedraza scored two goals while Ashly Adams and Gisele Yousif each scored one.  Haven Klinger added an assist.

The J.V. Lady Bombers had 20 takeaways and did not allow a shot on goal.
