As a precaution to the coronavirus, a pair of local sheriff’s offices are suspending all on-site visitations.

The Marion County Law Enforcement Center will not be conducting jail visitation through the front office until further notice. Video visitation with inmates will be allowed by going online to jailfunds.com. For more information, contact the Marion County Sheriff’s Office at 870-449-4236.

Fulton County Sheriff Al Roork is suspending inmate visits from friends and family, and visits from attorneys or clergy will also not be allowed. Inmates are permitted to make phone calls. Sheriff Roork says there will be no fingerprints for employment or other reasons, and only employees are allowed to enter the jail. For further details, call 870-895-2601.
