LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP)  – The number of coronavirus cases in Arkansas has risen to 46. The state Department of Health announced the nine new cases on its website Thursday. This comes a day after the state had seen its largest single day increase in the number of cases. Arkansas has closed its public schools until March 30 because of the outbreak. Gov. Asa Hutchinson has eased some restrictions on seeking unemployment and on Wednesday announced new financial assistance for some businesses affected.
