The Arkansas Activities Association has extended its dead period for all of its member schools. Due to the ongoing threat of COVID-19, the dead period is scheduled to continue through April 17.
Coaches will continue to be prohibited from engaging in activities involving student athletes, including practice, training, weightlifting, tryouts, competition or travel. School athletic facilities will also remain closed during this period.
