After winning the Class 1 state championship earlier this month, the Dora boys’ basketball team has three players and its coach receiving state-wide recognition on the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association All-State team.
Isaac Haney has been named the Class 1 Player of the Year by the coaches. Joining Haney on the All-State team is Mason Luna and Bryson Luna. Falcons head coach Rick Luna earned the Coach of the Year honor for Class 1.
The Falcons defeated St. Elizabeth in the State Finals at Springfield March 13 to finish the year with a record of 32-2.
Also earning All-State honors from the area were Andrew Dalton of Ava and MacKenzie Brunson of West Plains.
