Mountain Home Police have arrested a woman who was reportedly waving a pistol at Murphy USA near Walmart Friday afternoon just before 3.
According to the probable cause affidavit, 29-year-old Mallory Vinson of Mountain Home has been charged with a felony count of aggravated assault and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
Officers located Vinson in the area where she had been reportedly waving the weapon. Police Chief Carry Manuel says the gun was not loaded. Video was obtained from Murphy USA, which showed Vinson allegedly pointing the pistol in the direction of others, acting as though she was shooting them.
Vinson’s bond was set at $20,000.
