©Subafilms Ltd. As a treat to music fans who are stuck at home because of the COVID-19 pandemic, YouTube Music will host a screening of a special “Sing-A-Long” edition of the 1968 animated Beatles film Yellow Submarine this Saturday, April 25, at 12 p.m. ET.

The screening, presented by YouTube Premieres on The Beatles’ Official Artist Channel, will feature a restored version of the movie with song lyrics on the bottom of the screen so that everyone watching can sing the various Fab Four tunes all together.

Beatles classics featured in Yellow Submarine include the title track, “Eleanor Rigby,” “When I’m Sixty-Four,” “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds,” and “All You Need Is Love.”

A video message featuring Ringo Starr promoting the screening has been posted on The Beatles’ YouTube channel. Starr notes that the event is “for kids and kids at heart,” adding, “I know I’ll be doing that. I hope you do it too.” For more details, visit YellowSubmarine.com.

The Yellow Submarine Sing-A-Long originally premiered in theaters in 2018 in celebration of the film’s 50th anniversary, and hasn’t been available since then.
