Billie Joe Armstrong turned his cover of “I Think We’re Alone Now” into a family affair on Tuesday night’s The Late Late Show.

The Green Day frontman recruited his two songs, Joey and Jakob, for a performance of the tune, originally a top-five hit in 1967 for Tommy James and the Shondells, and made into a number-one hit in 1987 by pop star Tiffany.

In addition to the cover, Armstrong also had a remote interview with host James Corden about his life in quarantine, and his ongoing “No Fun Mondays” cover series, which originally spawned his take on “I Think We’re Alone Now.”

Other “No Fun Mondays” covers include You Can’t Put Your Arms Around a Memory” by Johnny Thunders, “Manic Monday” by The Bangles with Susanna Hoffs, “Corpus Christi” by The Avengers, the Adam Schlesinger-penned song “That Thing You Do!,” and “War Stories” by The Starjets.
