A reported domestic violence incident Friday night in the Jordan area has led to a man being shot in his face and dumped at a store in Salesville. According to a Baxter County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, the victim is in a Springfield hospital.
The victim has reportedly said he does not want charges pressed against the shooter and is not cooperating with authorities. Both names are being withheld pending further investigation.
Law enforcement is working with the Baxter County prosecuting attorney to determine if charges will be filed. More information will be released when available.
