A pair of coaches at Mountain Home High School have been honored by their peers by being named outstanding coaches by the Arkansas High School Coaches Association.
Robert Blades has been named the outstanding coach in boys’ cross country, and Tim Carver has been named outstanding coach for girls’ golf.
Blades led the Bombers to the Class 5A State Championship this past season.
Carver guided the Lady Bombers’ golf team to a third-place finish at the 5A State Tournament.
