The Mountain Home Lockerooom American Legion baseball team had a rough home opener on Saturday. The Lockeroom lost a doubleheader to Batesville at Cooper Park.
Mountain Home began the evening with an 8-1 loss to Batesville. Carter Graves suffered the defeat on the mound.
The Lockeroom had a chance to take the second game, but stranded the bases loaded and fell to Batesville 7-6. Andrew Cantway ended up as the losing pitcher.
