A schedule change has been implemented at the Marion County Transfer Station.
Hours are now Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. The Marion County Transfer Station will be closed on Wednesdays. In addition, the facility will be open on the first and third Saturday of each month from 8 a.m. until noon, except holidays.
Patrons are asked to remain in their vehicles. Transfer Station employees will remove the trash and/or recyclables from vehicles in order to maintain social distancing and help prevent spreading of any virus.
