The Mountain Home Lockeroom American Legion baseball team was able to wrap up the Glen Winget Memorial Tournament with a victory Sunday in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The Lockeroom defeated Springfield Hillcrest by a final of 5-2.
Will Uchtman picked up the win on the mound, as he pitched four innings and struck out six batters. Offensively for Mountain Home, Tyler Guffey led the way with two hits and two RBIs, Chase Orf recorded two hits, and Dawson Tabor and Josh Prinner each drove in a run.
The Lockeroom improves to 12-11 on the season, and they’ll travel to Bryant on Wednesday.
