A Boone County man, 40-year-old James Robert Green of Harrison, made his initial appearance in circuit court July 15 on felony counts of computer child pornography, computer exploitation of a child and distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the Arkansas State Police assigned a criminal investigation to the Harrison Police Department in late February. The action followed a complaint being filed with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children by Facebook in early December.
Green’s bond was set at $50,000.
