MH girls 2nd, boys 3rd after 1st day of Ultimate Auto Group HS Invitational

The first day of the Ultimate Auto Group High School Invitational is in the books at Big Creek Golf and Country Club.

Mountain Home is currently second on the girls’ side with a total of 264 after Monday’s action. Cabot has the lead at 237 and is represented at the top of the individual leaderboard by Emmerson Doyle with a 73. For the Lady Bombers, Reagan Webb shot an 86, Hayley Czeschin and Ella Brashears each had an 89, and Madelyn Smith and Lauren Loving both had a 99.

On the boys’ side, Mountain Home is third at 339. Cabot leads the way with 297, and North Little Rock is second at 320. Carson Stephens of Cabot is the individual leader with a five-under-par 67. The Bombers were led by Rip Finley with an 80, Gage Chaney shot an 82, Weston Hoover had an 87, Will Beckham finished the day with a 90, and Duncan Conly had a 94.
