Two items of old business make up the agenda as the Lakeview City Council meets in its regular August session Thursday evening at 7. The council will discuss property litigation and hear the second reading of an ordinance on zoning changes. The meeting will be held in the Lloyd Travis Municipal Center, and provisions will be made to accommodate social distancing in accordance with the directive from Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson.
