The Arkansas Activities Association and the Arkansas Department of Health announced directives on Friday for outdoor and indoor venues during high school athletic competitions. The Mountain Home School District’s Athletic Department is preparing its venues leading up toward the start of the football and volleyball seasons.

One of the main directives is seating can be filled anywhere from 25 to 66% capacity. Athletic Director Mitch Huskey says Mountain Home will set the limit at 66% for Bomber Stadium.

Mountain Home will continue to have the concession stand open at the stadium. There will be limits to what can be served to start the season, including a prohibition on hand-made food.

Huskey says there will also be markings throughout the stadium to let fans know areas to avoid.
