Hill promoted to bank’s business development representative

Shelly Hill has been promoted to Arvest Bank’s business development representative in Mountain Home.

Hill has 24 years of industry experience and most recently served as a branch sales manager for Arvest. In her new role, she will be based out of the Arvest branch located at 2619 U.S. Highway 62 East and will work primarily with small businesses.

“We are excited to have Shelly in her new role,” says David McBee, executive vice president and sales manager. “Her local connections and heart for serving customers and the community are invaluable strengths. We are certainly proud to have her representing Arvest as she helps develop new relationships within our North Central Arkansas region.”

Hill majored in psychology at the University of Central Florida. Among numerous civic endeavors, she serves as president for both the Bull Shoals-Lakeview Rotary Club and the Marion County Beekeepers, as well as a board member for Hospice of the Ozarks.

Hill and her husband, Tom, attend St. Andrews Episcopal Church. They have five adult children and seven grandchildren.
