Lady Bombers open volleyball season by whipping Harrison

The Mountain Home High School volleyball team opened the season Monday night by whipping Harrison 3-0. The Lady Bombers won by scores of 25-11, 25-16 and 28-26.

Kiah Beard had 34 assists, Riley Schmitz had 12 digs, Kylee Sabella had 14 kills and four digs, Kendall Carter finished with nine kills and eight digs, Georgia Burnham collected seven kills and three digs, and Reanna Dodge had eight kills.

Mountain Home won the J.V. match 25-19 and 25-17. Emma Crabb finished with 12 assists, Tatum Smith had eight kills, Katelyn Hill had five kills, and Bailey King and Cate Jackson each had nine digs.

Mountain Home took the junior match 2-1, winning by scores of 25-17, 15-25 and 15-7.

In the seventh grade match, Harrison won 2-1, winning by scores of 25-20, 25-14 and 3-15.
