The Flippin High School and junior high volleyball teams opened their seasons with wins Tuesday night at home against Quitman.
The high team won by scores of 25-13, 25-25, 24-26 and 25-21. The team’s serving percentage was 85%, with Jasper
Salamone, Debra Rackley, Madi Hopson, and Brenna Metts each serving over 90%. Metts and Hope Rackley each had 3.0 hitting percentages.
Flippin topped Quitman in the junior high match by scores of 25-22 and 25-23.
The Lady Bobcats will host Marshall Thursday.
