Scheduled to open in August 2021, Sycamore Springs will offer its residents spacious private apartments, a large dining area, up-to-date technology availability, a hospitality cafe, outdoor gardens with fishing-pond access to McCabe Park, a state-of-the-art therapy gym and exercise facility, beauty salon and other amenities.

“Mountain Home is a unique community and retaining our elderly population in locally owned communities is something that is currently unavailable,” developers say in a news release. “Sycamore Springs will offer its residents decision-making ability on the care that is provided to them. Residents will have the decision on menus, activities and how their care is provided.”
