ASBTDC to hold small business start-up virtual seminar

Those considering starting a small business or beginning the process of starting the business are invited to join a short virtual seminar to be hosted this week by the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC). The seminar, titled “Is Starting a Small Business Right for You?,” will be held Wednesday morning from 10 to 11 at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, and the event will be held over Zoom.

Participants will learn if they’re ready to start a small business and be able to ask questions in real time to the business consultants at ASBTDC. There is no cost or need to register, and business owners interested in participating can join the call using this Zoom link.

The ASBTDC is a partnership of the United States Small Business Administration, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock College of Business, and Arkansas State’s Neil Griffin College of Business. It assists start-ups, existing businesses and technology businesses. Core services include free consulting, market research and low-to-no-cost training. Learn more at asbtdc.org.
