The Mountain Home High School tennis teams swept Van Buren at home Tuesday afternoon.
The Bomber boys were 6-3 winners over the Pointers. Winning in singles play were Armin Mortazi and Corey Palella. In doubles play, the teams of Jacob Czanstkowski and Alex Arp, along with Jake McGehee and Clayton Jones, each won two matches.
On the girls’ side, Mountain Home topped Van Buren 5-3. In singles play, Kenzie Hatman got a win for the Lady Bombers. In doubles action, the teams of Sarah Godfrey and Macie Heide, along with Micaela McLean and Cambelle Lance, each won two matches.
The Bombers are now 3-2-2 on the season, while the Lady Bombers improve to 6-1.
The Mountain Home tennis teams return to action Monday at home against Highland.
