On the ground, White added 11 carries for 69 yards.

On the defensive side, Cottengim picked off four passes; Justin Rula recovered four fumbles; and Yates had five tackles, a pass break up and an interception.

Junior Bombers head coach Greg Crow says, “I thought our kids battled adversity well, we hit a wall in the second quarter and made some mistakes and had to dig ourself out of it. Proud of them for staying composed. Really proud of our offensive line, Coach Stephens is doing a great job with those guys, they play with some attitude, it is awesome to watch. Defense was great, minus one play we can clean up. We are learning and getting better, gotta keep working. We can’t take a single week for granted”.

The Junior Bombers play again Oct. 12 at Marshfield, Missouri.
