OLIVETTE, Mo. (AP) – A woman who was inside a suburban St. Louis Starbucks is dead and several others are injured after a 78-year-old man’s sport utility vehicle crashed into the building.

The accident happened Saturday morning in Olivette. Police have not named the victim or the driver.

Police Chief David Wolf says the investigation is ongoing and declined to say what may have led the driver to crash into the building. He did not say if the injured people were customers, employees or both.

A photo on the city of Olivette’s Facebook page shows the SUV well into the interior of the building, surrounded by shattered glass and broken furniture.
