Baxter Regional Medical Center welcomes Donald Obe Wright, MD, to the Baxter Regional Health System Hometown Clinic at Calico Rock. Dr. Wright will continue to bring knowledge and experience to the residents of Izard County and is already scheduling new patients for his Nov. 1 start date.
Dr. Wright obtained his bachelor’s degree at the United States Air Force Academy and was active duty from 1974-1980. He received his master of science from East Texas State University in Commerce, Texas, and went on to complete his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Wright then completed his family practice residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
Dr. Wright is accepting new patients at the Hometown Clinic at Calico Rock, located at 2161 AR-56 Highway, and will begin seeing patients Nov. 1.
