The Cotter City Council will hold a brief special meeting Thursday evening at 6:30.Mayor George “Mac” Caradine says the lone agenda item is a resolution he will present to allow the city to apply for Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act reimbursement from the Arkansas Department of Finance Administration.
The meeting will be at Cotter City Hall.
