A boil water order issued earlier this week for the Brunner Hill Water Association has been lifted. The order was put in effect Monday for customers in the area of Jordan Road from Arkansas Highway 177 South, to the end of the service area, and lifted on Friday.

According to the Arkansas Department of Health, two area boil orders remain in effect. The Sylamore Valley Water Association in Stone County had issued its order Oct. 6 for a water line break. The order affects customers from the railroad tracks to White Mountain Drive and from the tracks to Gerald Deprees Cool Water Road.

The other order still in effect is for Lead Hill Waterworks in Boone County due to a main break. The order was issued Oct. 8 for the North Locust, Elm and Mimossa street lines.
