MH wins 2 of 3 junior high football games at Booneville

Mountain Home wrapped up the junior high football season Thursday with three games at Booneville.

In the freshmen game, the Junior Bombers had their only loss of the season as they fell to the Junior Bearcats 38-7. Mountain Home finishes the year at 8-1. Junior Bombers’ head coach Greg Crow says, “You have to tip your hat to Booneville and give those kids a lot of credit, they have two of the best junior high football players I’ve ever seen. Our kids have nothing to hang their head about. We had a great season. The future is bright. Coach Ary has the program on the rise. Everyone better buckle up. It’s going to be a heck of a ride.

Mountain Home’s seventh grade blue team was able to beat Booneville 26-14. The Seventh Grade Bombers’ touchdowns were scored by Barrett Miller, Kalen Reynolds and Carter Atkins.

The Mountain Home seventh grade gold team was able to dominate Booneville with a 24-6 decision. Michael Taylor scored all three touchdowns for Mountain Home.

The Seventh Grade Bombers wrap up the year at 8-3.
