With the basketball season getting ready to start for Mountain Home, the district is changing its procedures for purchasing tickets.

On Monday, the Lady Bomber high school team will host Mountain View for a preseason benefit game at 6 p.m. Gates at Bomber Gymnasium will open at 5, and all attendees must enter through the front. Admission for Monday’s game is $4 (including teachers, passes, etc.). The first 46 athletes in 10th through 12th grades carrying player passes and student IDs will receive vouchers at the front gate entrance and will be allowed in the student section. All other students and athletes must pay and sit in the regular bleachers while social distancing. Students in ninth grade and below must be accompanied by a parent and sit with them.

For the nights Mountain Home has high school varsity boys and girls, tickets must be purchased online. The link will be sent to the basketball parents prior to being open to the public. Attendees can pay at the gate on the nights the Hangar has just one varsity game.

Attendance at Bomber Gymnasium will be allowed at 35% (700 people). Forty-six athletes in 10th through 12th grades will be allowed in the student second, but they will need to reserve their free tickets online. No student athletic passes will be accepted without the online ticket.

For junior high basketball, tickets will need to be purchased online on the nights Mountain Home hosts three or more games. Attendees will pay at the gate on the two-game nights.

Attendance at the junior high gym will be allowed at 33% (300 people). There will be no student section, and no student athletic passes will be accepted for entrance.

No students in ninth grade or below will be allowed into any junior high or high school basketball game without a parent or a guardian. For more information, contact the Mountain Home Athletic Office at 870-425-1285.
