A special fishing tournament is scheduled for this weekend in the Twin Lakes Area. The Big John’s Open Thanksgiving Bass Bash is scheduled for Saturday on Bull Shoals Lake.
The tournament’s hours are set from 7 to 3. Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock will be the site of the boats launching and the weigh-ins at the end of the tournament.
The entry fee is $250, with $50 going to the big bass pot. Anglers staying at the Lighthouse Point Resort or in a Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock houseboat will receive a $10 discount.
